1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and abv999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the abv999 platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions and any associated features or tools made available to registered users.

By accessing the abv999 platform, creating an account, depositing funds or participating in any game, bet or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

abv999 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform. Its primary audience includes users based in Pakistan. Users are individually responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan. abv999 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by any Pakistani government authority, including the PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register an account and use the abv999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification may be conducted at any stage of account use.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or restricted, including restrictions specific to your personal legal circumstances.
• You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned or had your account closed by abv999 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not currently be enrolled in a self-exclusion programme that applies to this Platform or category of service.
• You acknowledge that participating in online gambling in Pakistan may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani law. abv999 does not provide legal advice on this matter and users are solely responsible for their compliance with local law.

4Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, residential address and any other information requested in the registration form. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, forfeiture of any associated balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.2 KYC Verification Documents

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed appropriate by the Platform's compliance team, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport showing your full name, date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document showing your name and residential address, typically dated within three months.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document, or a liveness video as directed by the Platform's verification system.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, documentation confirming your ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send identity documents via unsecured messaging applications or email channels. abv999 will never ask you to alter, obscure or falsify any document — any such request should be reported immediately.

4.3 Ongoing Due Diligence

The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation or additional identity evidence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

5Account Use & User Obligations

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share account access with any third party, including family members. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security practices.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact abv999 support immediately via the Help Centre or Live Chat.

5.2 Account Activity

You may only use your account for lawful personal entertainment purposes. All funds deposited must originate from a payment source that you own and are legally entitled to use. You must not use the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activities or conduct any transaction in breach of applicable law.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered account details remain accurate and up to date at all times. If your name, address, payment method or contact details change, you must update your account information promptly. The Platform may require re-verification upon any material change to your registered details.

6Deposits & Payment Methods

abv999 may accept deposits via a range of payment methods as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods available may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and potentially cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH and USDT — subject to availability.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are defined in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account status.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing delays attributable to third-party providers are outside abv999's direct control.
• abv999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from accounts held in the User's own name.
• All deposits are made in the currency accepted by the cashier. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the User's responsibility.
• abv999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, in breach of these Terms or in violation of AML obligations.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and processes:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete or unverified identity documentation will have withdrawals withheld pending verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, as part of AML compliance procedures.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are defined in the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times vary by method. E-wallet and mobile wallet withdrawals (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) may process faster than bank transfers where available — however, no specific timeline is guaranteed by abv999. Processing is additionally subject to compliance review queues.
• The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before completing required wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus portion of your balance.
• abv999 will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows or compliance holds initiated by the User's payment provider.

8Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by abv999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. Users must read the individual promotion terms before opting in. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Wagering / Rollover: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms (e.g., 30× on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in total wagers).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies per round or transaction. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period from activation (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Welcome and reload bonuses typically require a minimum qualifying deposit (e.g., PKR 1,000) to activate. Deposits below this threshold do not trigger the bonus.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

abv999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings and/or close an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a User is engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using related accounts, using wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to obtain promotional benefits.

8.3 Promotional Changes

abv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not adversely affecting any bonus already in progress and compliant with these Terms.

9Gameplay Rules

All games available on the abv999 platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between game interface rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for gameplay purposes.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in real time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the staked amount. No winnings will be paid on rounds voided due to technical faults.
• Where betting limits apply per game or per round, these are displayed in the game interface and must be observed at all times.
• All game results are final once confirmed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within a reasonable time of the result being recorded.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from recognised governing bodies for the relevant sport or event. For Pakistan cricket and PSL markets, results are governed by the outcome published by the relevant cricket board.

10Responsible Gambling

abv999 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following tools and obligations apply to all Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may require a cooling-off period before being increased.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session reminders and time limits to manage the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on net losses over defined periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a specified period (e.g., 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, accounts are suspended and no promotional materials will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during extended gaming sessions to remind Users of the time and funds spent.

11Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or mechanical devices to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping or any form of match-fixing in poker, sports betting or other competitive formats.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or calculation errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Providing fraudulent, falsified or misleading documentation during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools to disguise your location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other users.
• Any activity that abv999 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the Platform's integrity.

Breach of any prohibition above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

12Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, software, databases and other materials on the abv999 platform ("Platform Content") are the intellectual property of abv999 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any Platform Content without prior written permission.
• Use Platform branding, trademarks or logos in any manner not explicitly authorised by abv999.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically download Platform data using automated means.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses resulting from participation in games or sports betting markets.
• Technical disruptions, server outages, connectivity failures or third-party service interruptions.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected by the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or your provision of inaccurate registration information.
• Any loss arising from your non-compliance with applicable local law, including Pakistani gambling restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of abv999 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

abv999 processes personal data including registration information, transaction history, KYC documentation and usage data for the purposes of account management, AML/KYC compliance, customer support and, where consent is given, marketing communications. 15Legal & Regulatory Context

abv999 does not represent, warrant or imply that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani laws may restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling. abv999 makes no claim to be licensed, regulated or endorsed by any Pakistani government body, financial authority or provincial regulator.

Where international licensing applies to the Platform, such licensing is issued by the relevant licensing authority in the jurisdiction of the operator and does not constitute Pakistani regulatory approval or imply that use is lawful under Pakistani law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law provide otherwise.

16Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
